Explore a local Civil War history lecture while sipping a historical themed cocktail! Presented by authors Jeffrey Harding and Dr. Jon Nese, based on their recently published book, The Weather Gods Curse the Gettysburg Campaign. They will explore the weather conditions and their effects on the Battle of Gettysburg, using primary sources, groundbreaking meteorological research, and their knowledge as battlefield guides and meteorologists. This is a fascinating look at the Gettysburg Campaign from a new perspective! Doors open at 5:30 PM. Refreshments and one complimentary drink ticket are included with each ticket. This month's cocktail is a Vodka Hurricane, combining the flavors of passion fruit, orange, and vodka for a tasty and turbulent drink!
