Muddy Mamas Mud Run & Obstacle Course is the most empowering event in the Quad-State for girls (ages 10+) and women of all ages! With 18 muddy obstacles to conquer, you’ll face every challenge with teamwork, laughter, and grit—proving you’re strong, smart, and bold just like the girls this event supports.
