Have a New Year's resolution to learn calligraphy, or perhaps just want to make practice your historic writing skills. Through guided lessons, attendees learn to craft elegant script using authentic quills, ink, and parchment, while exploring the cultural and historical significance of calligraphy during the period. Handwritten documents were important for business, personal letters, and government and we'll have original examples for copying. By the end of the session, participants gain a deeper appreciation for the art of writing as it was practiced in the 18th Century, along with a skill they can continue to refine. No RSVP required.
